Registration fees

Full registration*1	JPY  55,000
Paper Speaker*2	JPY  40,000
Student*3	JPY  20,000
Accompanying Person*4	JPY   5,000

*1    Full registration fee is applied for people attending without presentation.
*2.    Paper speaker is people who present paper(s) as oral or(/and) poster presentation(s), not including co-author(s).
*3.    Student registration will only be approved after receiving a photo copy of Student ID. Please indicated your name, status and send it to the APCCC-13 Secretariat by FAX or postal mail.
*4.    Only spouse and family members should register as Accompanying Person. Only social programs attendance is included in Accompanying Person's registration.

The fees, excluded for accompanying persons, cover technical sessions, abstract booklet and proceedings CD-ROM, and social program which includes welcome party, banquet and coffee/tea during technical sessions. Accompanying persons are invited to all social programs.

• If you can not access the on-line registration system, please fill in the registration form and send to conference secretariat by e-mail attached file or FAX

Cancelation

The following processing fee will be deducted from the amount according to the date the cancellation is received:

Processing fee

On or before September 15, 2003	20% of the registration fee
September 16 - October 17, 2003	50% of the registration fee
after October 17, 2003	100% of the registration fee

** Please note that all refunds will be made after the meeting.
