WELCOME PARTY

    Informal welcome party will be held at “Orbit Hall” in Hotel Osaka Sun Palace. All participants and accompanying persons are invited. Light meals and drinks will be served. Admission free.


BANQUET

Tuesday 18 November, 18:30 ~ 21:00

    The conference banquet will be held at “SEIUN” Banquet Hall in Hotel Osaka Sun Palace. All participants and accompanying persons are invited. Buffet style dinner will be served. Admission free.

TECHNICAL TOUR

Friday 21, November, 9:00~18:00
     (Meeting Point : North side entrance lobby of Hotel Osaka Sun Palace

    One day technical guided bus tour in Osaka is planned to visit the following,

• Hall of Science and Technology, Matsushita Electric Industruak Co., Ltd.
• Osaka Castle
• Osaka River Cruising “AQUA-LINER”  

   Admission is free, including transportation and lunch. People who takes part in should make reservation before or on Wednesday 19 at Travel Desk located in the entrance hall of Osaka University Convention Canter. Maximum number of people of the group tour is 40.
