All abstracts including Oral and Poster presentations must be prepared in MS Word format using the template file and sent via e-mail. Please read the following steps and practical notes carefully, and submit your abstract.

1. Click the button below to download the "abstract template" file. Detailed information for the preparation of abstract is described in the template.

2. Click the button below to download the "submission form" file and fill out the registration form.

 

3. Please send "abstract file" and "submission form" to secretary office (e-mail: 1stJCSC@mat.eng.osaka-u.ac.jp). If the files are sent successfully, a confirmation e-mail will be sent within a few weeks to the e-mail address that you provide. If you do not receive it, contact to secretary office (e-mail: 1stJCSC@mat.eng.osaka-u.ac.jp).

Selection of contributions and the mode of presentation will be decided by the Organizing Committee, based on the abstract.
Deadline for abstract submission is November 30th, 2019. (CLOSED)
Notice of acceptance will be sent to the corresponding authors by January 10th, 2020. (CLOSED)
