| Publicly issue a self-developed research theme to graduates students
in post-doctoral courses from overseas and other universities. Treatment
as a special researcher will be secured, including salary and research funds,
for particularly brilliant graduate students whose theme is selected through
written document examination and public presentations. In addition, a top-class
staff including researchers from overseas and other research organization
will provide intense training such as research mentoring, result presentation
mentoring and article-writing mentoring, to develop their capabilities as
future super-elite researchers. |

| Intermediate evaluation will be performed each year and depending
on the result of the evaluation, exchange with graduate students from other
existing department will be performed. The selection of the research theme
and the intermediate evaluation will be carried out by a third-party evaluation
organization including a Center Leader and researchers from outside the Center.
Also, when obtaining the degree in the Center, examination will be performed,
including examiners from outside the Center. |
