| With the objective to train future international researchers, graduate
students in the 1st year of the post-doctoral courses will be dispatched
to strongly related overseas research organizations for about half a year
to develop their basic capabilities as researchers, their capabilities in
international discussions, etc. The graduate students will be provided with
funds for travel, stay and research. |
| | The obtained results will be presented actively
in international meetings to develop basic abilities for research presentation,
in addition, to give the desire to carry out higher-level research, and depart
from passive research to develop the ability to perform active and independent
research. |
