| With the objective of training human resources as managers of future
high-end researchers and research organizations, graduate students will be
dispatched for several months to other closely-related fields (Minors). |

| The graduate students will be provided with
funds for transportation, stay and research. The host including research
organizations outside of the Center will develop basic capabilities as researchers,
management capabilities, discussion capabilities and so on. |
