If you have already submitted your ICEC2022 abstract, you can log in using the same e-mail address and password as on the abstract submission page.
Registration fee
HYBRID CONFERENCE
The conference will be held in a hybrid style (in-person and virtually).
Please choose preferable participation style when you register.
On-site payment (at the conference venue) will not be accepted, so please pay the registration fee online in advance through the registration site above. In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection, we decided not to hold the banquet during the conference. Lunch and meals are not included in the registration fee.
All oral/poster presenters are requested to complete payment of registration fee by 20th June, 2022.

Oral presentation
"In-person & Hybrid Attendees" are able to attend the conference
both by in-person and by online.
If the oral presenter participates on-site (at Kansai University), the
presentation will be given in a face-to-face as usual. This presentation
will be simultaneously streamed online (Zoom).
If the oral presenter participates online, the presentation will be delivered
via ZOOM and projected on the local screen.
"Virtual Attendees" are able to attend the conference only by
online.
The oral presenters are able to deliver their presentations via ZOOM, which
will be projected on the local screen.
Poster presentation
All poster presentations will be made in a virtual style. However, poster spresenters are also welcome to participate on-site, listen to oral presentations, and interact with the participants.
For the person who wants to participate on-site, please register as "In-person
& Hybrid Attendee".
For the person who wants to participate only online (via ZOOM), please
register as "Virtual Attendee".
Poster presenters who attend in-person style can deliver a 5-minute short oral presentation at the conference venue if they wish (online, in parallel with poster presentation, no Q&A). However, this short oral presentation will not be considered for any awards.
